Since the founding of Fortune International Realty in 1990 by her brothers, Walter and Edgardo Defortuna, it has grown in reputation and experience as the premier Latin American real estate firm in South Florida and is the largest family-owned real estate firm in the state.
Monica, a native of Argentina, joined the firm at its inception. Her background includes a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba and a master's degree in Administrative Law.
